Our goal is to help agents learn how to achieve success through others by learning to recognize the things that they can easily hand off. As an agent experiences growth, Mastering Leverage will help our agents learn to let go of more things to free up their time. Our goal is to help agents learn how to achieve success through others by learning to recognize the things that they can easily hand off. As an agent experiences growth, Mastering Leverage will help our agents learn to let go of more things to free up their time. Letting go can be one of the hardest things for someone to successfully master, and our goal is to help train and empower others with something that we have successfully mastered: properly using leverage. Bottom line: we teach people how get time back! Our vision is for Mastering Leverage to become a household name among real estate professionals, regardless of their company. We work with solo agents, agents on teams, and team leaders. We also work with operations teams to help scale even more.

Alison got her license in 2017. She saw immediate success & suddenly found herself working 12-14 hour days, 80 hour weeks. She quickly burned out. Alison tried to hire, but with no training on how to be a boss, or a business owner, she continued to fail forward. Over 8 years she grew an extremely successful business and now works 40 hours a week, all while being ranked in the top 1% nationally.

Mary entered the real estate world at the end of 2021 as Alison Simon's Director of Operations. With a background as a retail team manager, she used her organizational, hiring, accounting, and leadership skills to elevate the Simon Sells Philly team to where they are today.

Lover of systems and processes, she also enjoys video games, traveling, sports, and time OFF (achievable through leverage!).
